The Barbell Customised Training Program by Agape Strong is an effective, results-proven method that focuses on elevating your power, strength, stamina, endurance, mobility, speed and agility. Expect to commit 2-3 times a week with your mentor (12 sessions total) as we work to grow your strengths and limit your weaknesses.
