It was 2022 and we just got married. We were excited to  start our own fitness community, a place where support and encouragement can be found. One day the name, Agape, which means ‘unconditional love’ popped up and Agape Strong was born! It is our hope that this community will grow and use strength training as a vessel to impact lives for the better. 

Blessed beyond measure to be surrounded by such a wonderful community of fit-minded members, we now work tirelessly with Mentors and Coaches all around Indonesia (and some abroad) to bring the best strength education to the world.

  • Barbell Customized Training is perfect for you who want to increase strength, get stronger, fitter, lift heavier, increase metabolism (so you can eat what you like to eat!).

    In addition, BCT is especially suitable for the elderly FitFam looking to fight osteoporosis and sarcopenia. So you can reclaim your old age and not letting your activity be defined by it.

  • A classic barbell lifting program based on free weights, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight. The Agape Strong Barbell Customized Training Program increases your strength, mobility, speed and endurance. It is time saving, effective, and most importantly addictive as hell. Working out will never feel like a chore!

    By registering yourself into our Barbell Customized Training, you will receive a tailored program suited to your goals and physical capabilities. Along with supporting recommendations regarding your lifestyle!

  • Our Barbell Customized Training is available both offline and online. Using time-tested movements like the barbell squat, barbell row, deadlift, bench press and other barbell compound movements to work the whole body at the same time.

    This program can be implemented with a 2 up to 3 times of training sessions every week, in a 90 minutes duration for each session.
